Change in organizations can be as a result of necessity or prior planning; therefore the change management process must be adaptive to match the underlying circumstances in the organization as well as the external environment. As such, the primacy of organization to adopt sustainable change management processes and models cannot be overlooked in the modern world. Organizations ought to shift from their traditional hierarchical structures of operation to a dual operating system that will form a basis for their capitalization on rapid-fire strategic challenges while still maintaining their operational success. Change Management Process Introduction The era of modern civilization has been characterized by a wide variety of changes, both intended and unintended. The change processes in organizations are direct outcomes of single or multiple strategic considerations, including the improvement of business performance, high integration of working ways, and increased competitiveness in the global markets (Pieterse, Caniëls & Homan, 2012). The multiple considerations behind the organizational change processes lead the various entities to the formulation of structured change programs that are always founded on the assumption that change management is founded on limited, measurable, objective, and manageable programs whose realization can be achieved in a short period (Pieterse, Caniëls & Homan, 2012).
