Hussmann is a worldwide leader in manufacturing, selling, and servicing display equipment and refrigeration systems for clients in the food industry. The company’s main markets include supermarkets, convenience stores, drug stores, mass merchants, and foodservice operations (Hussmann, 2013). In the last few years the company has changed ownership several times, and research studies have shown that employees can have lower morale during these times of change. Multiple changes of ownership can create anxiety and uncertainty among employees (Grunberg, Moore, & Greenburg, 2008). The subject of this paper is to continue with the research project centered on the Hussmann Corporation by distributing the survey to the randomly selected individuals, organize and describe the data, and visually present the data with the help of pie charts.
