This assignment requires designing components for a Fully Functional Online Employee Active Training Program for your firm or profession. The program can be based on new hire orientation, a new product, or a new service. It can also pertain to compliance training in subjects like ethics, diversity, safety, workplace violence, etc.
· Create a 4 slide PowerPoint Presentation (not including the reference page) with voice-over demonstrating:
o Evidence-based Needs Assessment
o Evidence-Based Online Delivery Method
o Facilitator(s) and their evidence-based skill requirements
o Evidence Based Learning Objectives *How to Write Learning Objectives
o Evidence-Based Agenda Items with appropriate sequencing
o One Evidence-based Active Learning Exercise
Be as creative as you like, but make sure that your creativity is evidenced-based and is supported by HRD and Active Learning Principles from the text and outside sources. This will be followed by a reference slide at the end demonstrating the sources used to guide the development of the program and presentation.
